Thomas brings 15+ years of leadership across federal service, the Army Reserve, and the El Paso community. His lane is strategy, risk, and performance the kind of work that makes large organizations run smoother and keeps teams aligned with long-term goals.

Within federal agencies, he’s helped shape national strategy, streamline processes, and manage programs that impact communities across the country. In uniform, he’s led Soldiers as a First Sergeant and now serves as an Inspector General, trusted to handle investigations, compliance, and command-level improvements. No matter the role, Thomas has built a reputation for asking the right questions, spotting risks early, and turning data into decisions that stick.

Thomas also backs his experience with the books: a Master’s in Systems Engineering, a Master’s in Defense & Strategic Studies, a Master of Public Administration, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science. That academic depth gives him a perspective that complements our more boots-on-the-ground approach where one of us is focused on operations in motion, he’s already charting the long-term risk and strategy map that ensures we’re moving in the right direction.

Jayden brings 11+ years of logistics, operations, and project management experience to the 915 Gypsy collective. A U.S. Army veteran and PMP-certified leader, he’s built his career on keeping teams aligned, assets accounted for, and projects moving forward no matter how complex.

From managing $45M+ in Army equipment to guiding cross-functional teams of 150+ people, Jayden knows how to turn big moving parts into organized systems that actually work. He’s led Agile transformations, streamlined supply chains, and documented the kind of SOPs that take businesses from reactive to proactive.

With a background that blends military precision, real estate experience, and business consulting, Jayden specializes in helping organizations scale smarter. Around here, he’s our logistics and operations backbone the one who makes sure the strategy on the whiteboard turns into real-world execution.

Adam brings 15+ years of experience in logistics, IT, and federal contracting to the 915 Gypsy collective. He’s the guy you want when things get technical, complicated, or tied up in red tape because he knows how to cut through it and deliver results.

From shaping policy changes that impacted major defense contracts to training contractors on federal systems like PIEE, Adam’s career has been about solving complex problems and making operations run smoother. He’s worked side by side with both government leaders and corporate teams, bridging gaps and making sure projects don’t just look good on paper they actually get done.

With a background that spans everything from cybersecurity and property management to leading logistics for thousands of service members and contractors across multiple countries, Adam’s specialty is bringing clarity to complex operations. He’s also earned advanced degrees in Cybersecurity and Business Administration, plus certifications in contracting, Lean Six Sigma, and IT systems.
